Paul W. Thomas
Paul Thomas graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in December of 1987. He became a member of the California Bar in 1988. With over 17 years of experience in securities and commodities matters, Mr. Thomas has a proven track record of success in obtaining settlements and arbitration awards. As an advocate for investors Mr. Thomas utilizes his extensive experience and knowledge as a formerly licensed stock and commodities broker with Shearson Lehman Brothers to offer in-depth understanding of the securities industry. Mr. Thomas' professional memberships include the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, American Bar Assocation, State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, San Diego County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Sean Thomas
Sean Thomas graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1999 earning his Juris Doctorate degree. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Santa Fe in 1992. His practice previously focused on tort and consumer law but now is centered exclusively in securities and commodities litigation and arbitration. Mr. Thomas is a member of the New Mexico Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
Neda Ataie
Neda Ataie received her bachlor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1992. She obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1996 from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She aquired extensive litigation experience at the Office of the Attorney General in the Corrections & Writs, Trials & Appeals department. Ms. Ataie gained additional litigation experience with the San Diego District Attorney's Office as well as working in private practices engaged in family, immigration, bankruptcy and securities law. She served as a Legal Advisor to the San Diego Municipal Court and drafted judges' rulings on criminal and civil motions at the Municipal Court of El Cajon. She has now focused her practice exclusively to securities law. Ms. Ataie's professional memberships include the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is an active member in the Persian community and speaks fluent Farsi.
Anthony P. Simone
Anthony Simone graduated from Penn State University in 1995. Mr. Simone received his Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School Of Law in 1998 and subsequently became a member of the Massachusetts State Bar. He has acquired extensive experience in the securities industry as a licensed securities broker and registered advisor for major wire house firms Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. In addition, Mr. Simone has provided consulting and auditing services to Fortune 500 companies and NASD member firms. Mr. Simone's professional memberships include the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, State Bar of Massachusetts, American Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also an NASD Registered Representative currently holding Series 7 & Series 66 licenses.
