In his twenty-plus years of practice, Mr. Krongold has gained extensive knowledge in a wide variety of areas, including real estate and securities litigation, partnership disputes, and the infringement of trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. Mr. Krongold has worked on a number of high profile cases, including the Lincoln Savings & Loan Securities Fraud Class Action, the Orange County Bankruptcy, and regulatory enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and other state and federal agencies.
Mr. Krongold has spoken at seminars sponsored by the California Bar Association and the Orange County Patent Law Association. He served on the Board of the Whittier Law School Intellectual Property Institute. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. Krongold received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, and his B.A. in Economics from UCLA. Steve is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
