NO RECOVERY - NO ATTORNEY FEES
We handle all our consumer cases on a contingent fee basis. This means if we are successful in obtaining you favorable result through settlement or trial, the defendant pays your attorney fees, in addition to your recovery.
While we aim to resolve your case as quickly as we possible, some cases require more time due to recalcitrant defendants. Unlike some "lemon law" mills, we also have the resources and experience to take your case to trial if necessary.
