Mr. Oldfield is a member of the American, California, Los Angeles County, and Kern County Bar associations. He is a member of the Kern County Bar's Probate and Estate Planning Section and is the most recent past president of the Family Law Section. He serves on several community service boards and is president of the Board of directors of STEPS, a Bakersfield based drinking driver program. Mr. Oldfield is a charter member of the Bakersfield Collaborative Law Group which uses an innovative approach to settle family law disputes outside of court.
