David Bellon
Attorney David Bellon earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri.
Mr. Bellon is admitted to practice law in the states of California, Missouri and Alaska. He is also admitted to practice before each Federal District Court within the State of California and has been certified and sworn under the Uniform Code of Military Justice to practice before military tribunals. Mr. Bellon is a member of the American Bar Association and the North County Bar of San Diego. He is also a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association.
His practice emphasizes Personal Injury, Small Business representation, Creditor Rights, Security Clearance Law and Military Law.
Mr. Bellon has extensive litigation experience and has successfully tried several high profile trials before a jury. He has both prosecuted and defended a wide spectrum of criminal matters to include drug distribution, kidnapping and capital murder. In his civil practice, Mr. Bellon has gained successful resolution for his clients through litigation, determined negotiation and formal mediation.
Prior to beginning his career in Civil Litigation, Mr. Bellon served in the United States Marine Corps as both an Infantry Officer and as a Judge Advocate. Mr. Bellon remains active in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and participated in the Marine Corps' initial assault into Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom as well as the nation’s security and stability efforts there in the months following. He resides in Oceanside, California with his wife and two young children.
Joseph Lisiecki
Mr. Lisiecki grew up in Chicago, Illinois and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the Northern Illinois University located in Dekalb, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School also located in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Lisiecki served in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate for 7 years leaving active duty holding the rank of Major. He transferred into the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve where he remains a Judge Advocate. While on active duty, Mr. Lisiecki served as a Legal Assistance Attorney, Prosecuting Trial Counsel, Defense Counsel, Senior Defense Counsel, and Review Officer. Mr. Lisiecki has prosecuted and defended numerous jury and bench trials dealing with virtually all issues and offenses ranging from murder and rape to assorted drug and alcohol related offenses. Additionally, he has defended enlisted and officers alike in all forms of Administrative Hearings. As a Review Officer, he has reviewed hundreds of courts-martial cases looking for procedural and substantive errors of law. After leaving the Marine Corps, Mr. Lisiecki began to work in the area of civil litigation and has expanded his practice to include family law and criminal law.
Mr. Lisiecki is a member of the State Bar of Illinois; U.S. Federal District Court, Northern District of Illinois; State Bar of California; U.S. Federal District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Central Districts of California; and the U.S. Military Court of Appeals.
